♥My husband is just lovely♥
Friday night we baked a cake! Saturday morning we walked around Trade Days, and found a couple of containers I have been eye-balling for FOREVER!!! I still didn't want to spend the money on them though, so I passed. We went home to make a couple of scarecrows for the yard, and Chance came over to surprise us for a visit!! Mark found a recipe by Bobby Flave (spelling?), for fish tacos, and remembered my favorite white wine, and he drove to Nocona the day before to surprise me with it! So we had a YUMMY dinner with Chance, and he helped us with the scarecrows too! Sunday we shampooed the carpets in our ENTIRE house, and on the way to take the shampooer back, we stopped by to see if those two containers were still there...and they WERE, so I offered the guy a price I didn't think he would take, but HE DID!!! AND I LOVE THEM, and can't wait to get some gorgeous plants to put in them!!! And then it was time for the GAME, and it was HEART-WRENCHING, my friend, Jessica, came over to yell at the TV with us, but she doesn't yell... Daphne LOVES her, and always gets in her lap when she comes over...and she doesn't like ANYBODY!!! We had a very busy weekend, but it was fun, they go by way too quickly!!
